I subscribe to Peter Travers' Rolling Stone podcast. In his most recent reviews, he did a long rant on the remake of "Clash of the Titans." It was scathing.
If people want to shell out even bigger bucks to see a perfectly good (or stunningly mediocre) 2-D flick that's been pumped up artificially to resemble 3-D, I say let them waste their money.
This reminds me of the insanely misguided 'colorizing' craze a couple of decades ago.

This kind of stuff seems like just a ploy to milk more money out of popular franchises. 3D movies are nice, but they just make me mad. Haha. Ah well.
