Did you hear about the giant sale at Christie's about a week ago? The entire lot was Michael Chrichton's with the exception of a few other pieces belonging to people I didn't know. His collection is amazing - he knew Jasper Johns personally.

There are some fabulous collections in private hands . . . and I was aware the Michael Crichton had amassed a great many.
